Yes. You will be required to submit a request, with the plan, for evaluation of Dolmar Land’s Engineering and Technical Services Department. Please get in touch with your assigned account officer for evaluations.

Within 1 year from receipt of full payment (total price including miscellaneous fees), and the signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale.

Within 2 months from the completion of house construction, installation/connection of Meralco & water service, and fulfillment of the following requirements:

1. For Bank/HDMF – loan approval & take-out
2. For Deferred Cash – complete post-dated checks

The following year after issuance of Permit to Occupy or full payment of the property, or Constructive Acceptance, whichever comes first.

Yes, this will be subject to an evaluation of documents and payment of transfer charges.
